M3DLoC Project M54 Progress & Review Meeting – 22-23 June 2022

M3DLoC Partners are currently having their M54 Progress and Review meeting as a hybrid meeting at Lavrion Technological & Cultural Park (Greece) & online. After a long time, M3DLoC Partners have had the opportunity to meet in person, and share the good progress this project has achieved. Partners will also have the chance to visit a see a demonstration of the M3DLoC pilot plant.
The Review meeting is being attended by the Project Monitor band Project Officer from the European Commission.
This meeting will be followed by the project Open Day on the 24 June, where external participants will have the opportunity to learn about the results of the project and see a pilot line demonstration.

M3DLoC Open Day 2022 Workshop – 24 June 2022 – Greece – hybrid event

The M3DLoC Project is pleased to announce its final exploitation and dissemination workshop which is taking place on the 24 June 2022 as a hybrid meeting, taking place at Lavrion Technological & Cultural Park (Greece)

This will be a great opportunity to meet the M3DLoC partners and learn about activities and the results of this project, from the project partners presentations and exhibitions on our EXPO page. Participants will be able to visit the M3DLoC Pilot Line.

Visit to the M3DLoC Pilot line by the Ambassador of Belgium in Greece

On February 15th, 2022 the Ambassador of Belgium to the Hellenic Republic, her excellency Françoise GUSTIN accompanied by her co-operators including the First Secretary of the Belgian Embassy Koenraad Stevens and Mme Geneviève WLAZEL, Conseillère Economique et Commerciale (Wallonia Export Investment Agency in Athens) visited the Lavrion Technological Cultural Park. During their visit, the delegation visited the M3DLoC Pilot Line where Assimakis Chadoumellis (LTCP Site Manager), Eleni Gkartzou, and Dimitris
Fantanas (R-nano, NTUA) made a short presentation on the Pilot Line and its innovations and capabilities.

M3DLoC partners IRES and Avanzare have published a joint manuscript entitled “Facilitating safe FFF 3D printing: A prototype material case 2 study“, which was submitted to the open access Sustainability scientific journal. You can read the publication following this link.

M3DLoC had a visit from Greek Minister of Internal Affairs – 9 November 2021

On the 9th of November 2021, the Greek Minister of Internal Affairs Makis Voridis visited the facilities of the Lavrion Technological & Cultural Park. and the M3DLoC pilot line. The team from NTUA explained to him the project, the pilot line and it’s capabilities. He then proceeded to visit the other R-Nano facilities at LTCP. M3DLoC Project M48 Meeting – 01/02 February 2022

M3DLoC Partners gathered virtually for their M48 Project Meeting. This was a fruitful two-day project meeting, where they presented the work of their last 6 months and future plans. During this meeting, a video tour of the M3DLoC pilot line in Lavrion was shown.
